Melissa P10 August 2026Highly recommend! We had an error code on our door pad, and I reached out to schedule a repair. Everything about the process went incredibly smoothly. I had initially called after hours, and - after I realized this - I used the form on the site to describe my issue and request a call back. Promptly the next morning, someone contacted me to schedule service which was able to be scheduled just a few days out. Also, instead of having to wait home for half a day for a service time window, the time window was only two hours. Mike and Matt came at the beginning of the time window, calling me first to let me know they’d be to my home in 20 mins. They were polite, friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. The issue was fixed quickly. We had the same great experience with Hunter when we initially hired them to install the garage door opener.
